PreK-2

The two-year-old pre-kindergarten is a fun academic environment for young preschoolers. It is NOT a babysitting service! The students are engaged in learning activities—socially, emotionally, and academically–from the moment they walk into the room. The students are nurtured and encouraged to grow in a loving atmosphere where each one is accepted and loved just for being themselves! Students are introduced to calendars, group time, the alphabet, numbers, colors, and so much more! Riverhill’s Spanish, Art, and Music teachers visit the classroom weekly for fun learning activities. The Pre K2 class also has its own fenced-in playground. Riverhill’s Pre K2 class is fully licensed by the Alabama State Department of Human Resources.
